A uni-directional payment that gets sent to an entity. They receive an email that allows them to cash out their payment with a method of their choosing.

Refunds allow you to return funds to a policyholder for a previously paid premium.
This is useful for policy cancellations, overpayments, or other adjustments.
Each refund must be linked to an existing policyholder.
A refund requires a policyholderId
and an amount
.
You can also include an optional memo
to describe the reason for the refund.
Pro tipRefunds are processed as separate transactions and will appear in the AgentSnap dashboard under the associated policyholder.
ImportantEnsure the policyholder ID is correct, as refunds are final once processed.
