Each policyholder represents an insured customer with your agency. Policyholders store contact information that you can reference in invoices, payments, and refunds.

Having policyholders in your account lets you issue invoices, create refunds, and track balances at the customer level.

A policyholder must have the following information:
first name, last name, and a unique email address.

Optionally, you can provide a business name if the policyholder is a business entity.
